Mark Single is the owner and founder of Single Builders. Mark is a licensed builder and with his wife Loanna they have turned their small building business into a locally recognised and family owned success story. 

Loanna Single works closely alongside Mark in all aspects of the business and she primarily takes care of the financial side of the company. Loanna has helped Mark build the Single Builders brand into the strong position it holds today within the North West region of NSW.

 Grant has been with Single Builders since starting his apprenticeship within the family business where he now holds his full builders licence. Grant is now undertaking the role of quoting and estimating for all residential, commercial and industrial constructions. 

Justin Single is following in the family footsteps, being a third generation builder. Having started his carpentry apprenticeship with Single Builders in 2003, Justin and his crew have completed a number of impressice commercial projects including CH Boutique Hotel and Tamworth Business & Lifestyle Park. 

Sharni began working with Single Builders in 2007 after obtaining her Real Estate Certificate. Having worked in all areas of the company throughout her employment , Sharni has a cast skillset that includes a high level of organisation and efficiency. Her pragmatic approach coupled with an eye for detail ensures she is meticulous in her undertakings as the Commercial Administrator and MHE coordinator. 

Sarah is the licensee in charge of Burke & Smyth House and Land Centre and has been with the company for over 20 years. 

Having been there since it's inception in 2001, and as a third generation agent, no one in Tamworth is more experienced in this field. 

New Homes Consultant

Mary started with Single Builders in 2021. Previously having 13 years experience in the plumbing industry (Reece), Mary helped clients design bathrooms that were not only beautiful but also functional. Mary will now be assisting Sarah Knee with Sales, in this this role Mary will how clients through our beautiful display home, discuss plans that will help the cleitn design a home that will suit their needs and dreams. Mary is looking forward to helping clients achieve a house that they can proudly call home.

Bec provides a critical support role in the coordination of projects to help ensure a high level of quality in construction is undertaken within contract timeframes. The client always comes first for Bec and she will ensure them the optimal Single Builders experience every time.

Corinne joined the Single Builders team mid-way through 2021. Having 6 years ' experience in the plumbing industry with Cooks Plumbing Supplies, 2 of those years were fulfilled at the Eden Brea Homes showroom in Sydney where she offered support to clients with their designs of Bathroom, Kitchen and Laundry. Corinne works as the Residential Administrator alongside the tradespeople to ensure a smooth and enjoyable building experience. 

Having been with the Single Builders team since 2012, Amanda’s efficiency and time management skills do not go unrecognised in her main role as accounts payable and human resources. In addition to this, Amanda also completes all final accounts and variations for the handover of each new build. Having been in this role for a number of years, Amanda has developed an excellent rapport with all employees, tradespeople and suppliers.

Holly joined the Single Builders team in 2017 as Receptionist where she learnt many skills that helped her transition to other roles within the office ober the next few years. After returning from maternity leave in 2022 Holly helps the sales team with Marketing and Social Media management and cordinates the Maintenance and Repairs.
